2024 Sunrise Yoga - Beginners and Drop ins are welcome!
Join us for sunrise yoga classes at Cravath Lakefront Shelter, where we embrace the beauty of nature and practice Wisconsin yoga on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 5:30-6:45 a.m. Enjoy the company of bald eagles and migratory birds as we gather outside when the mornings warm to 60 degrees. Don't forget to bring socks for savasana!
If you'd like to participate from home or while on vacation, just let me know, and I can provide you with a Zoom link to join our sessions. Beginners welcome!
As always, I offer these sunrise classes on a donation basis, allowing you to decide what you can pay. We accept cash, or you can contribute via Venmo @Brienne-Diebolt-Brown or paypal.me/yogaguerrillas. Experience the serenity of yoga in Whitewater with us!
I did my sunrise yoga class from home this morning and thought I'd share my experience with you. This class focuses on hips, shoulders, and core strength, all the things that get tight with a desk job. I offer some variations for those with bad knees and tight shoulders, making it beginner-friendly. If you're interested in Guerrilla yoga, this could be a great option for you. Brienne (RYT500) teaches Wisconsin yoga at Cravath Lakefront at sunrise, right next to the water when the temperature is 60 degrees or warmer. In case of inclement weather, classes are held inside the nearby shelter. These sessions, part of the usnwc yoga offerings, are available on a donation basis: cash, Venmo, or Paypal.
