Sunrise yoga classes occur at Cravath Lakefront Shelter on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 5:15-6:30 a.m. We're outside with the bald eagles and migratory birds as soon as our mornings warm to 60 degrees.
Bring socks for savasana!
Once I know you, I can provide you with a Zoom link to join us from home or on vacation!
As always, I offer sunrise classes on a donation basis. You decide what you can pay.

I did my sunrise yoga class from home this morning and thought I'd share. This class addresses hips, shoulders and core. I give some variations for bad knees and tight shoulders.
Beginner friendly.
If you've got them, have two blocks and a strap ready.
If you are able to donate a small sum for the class, it's easy. paypal.me/yogaguerrillas

Yoga unites the mind, body, and soul in a way that eases tension, reduces inflammation, and promotes health and well being. Every body and life situation is different, and you will discover how to tailor your practice to your circumstances. As you practice, you will discover nuggets of insight that will improve posture, breathing, digestion, and energy. Yoga is an ethical practice that also facilitates better interactions in the world.
Yoga improves your endurance and focus in other physical and mental activities. The practice of postures can create flexibility - if that is what's needed - but it also improves strength - especially in your underutilized auxiliary muscles.
Yoga is about balance in your life, your strength, your diet, and in how you conquer the limitation

Just a candle in this video, but it's a great 20-minute guided meditation. Yoga Nidra is an easy way to get into the habit of taking some time to become still and get some deep relaxation.
We are practicing yoga IN PERSON again, but please be fully vaccinated if attending a class inside the Cravath Lakefront shelter.
Brienne (RYT500) teaches yoga at Cravath Lakefront at sunrise - outside next to the water when the weather is 60 degrees or warmer and inside the nearby shelter when the weather is inclement. Classes are offered on a donation basis: cash, Venmo, or Paypal.
Pay what you can! Contact me with any questions or inquiries, or to learn more about the class schedule.
